Women in Nature: An Eco-Somatic Journey

Join us for a nourishing evening of connection, movement, reflection, and belonging in the natural world.

Women in Nature is a series of gentle, immersive eco (nature) - somatic (body) workshops designed to support women in deepening their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and the living landscapes around them.

Through guided sensory awareness practices, mindful movement, nature connection exercises, group sharing, and seasonal exploration, we will slow down and attune to the wisdom of both body and place. Drawing inspiration from the changing seasons, local ecosystems, and ancestral ways of relating to the land, these gatherings offer a supportive space to reconnect with what it means to be fully present and embodied.

Ecosomatics explores the understanding that our bodies are not separate from nature, but are expressions of it. By cultivating awareness of our physical sensations, emotions, and surroundings, we can foster greater wellbeing, resilience, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Whether you are seeking rest, reconnection, inspiration, or simply an opportunity to spend meaningful time outdoors with other women, this workshop offers a welcoming space for exploration and community.

No previous experience is necessary. All abilities are welcome.
