Herbal Journey with Maia from Aderyn Pembs @Aderyn.Pembs
If you've ever been intrigued by using plants and fungi as medicine, this Herb Journey will guide you to experience their power directly.
We will gather to meet one mystery medicinal herb. You will be guided through some grounding exercises and then offered a herbal preparation*. Through gentle prompts, you are invited to sit and take notice of any effects the herb may have on you.
There will be time to process through writing or drawing (some materials provided, feel free to bring your own), followed by space to share experiences as a group if you feel comfortable. Finally, the mystery herb will be revealed and we will discuss its ID, uses and other traditional knowledge.

Foraging & Tree Folklore with Dan & Max from Hydref Collective & Forage Pembrokeshire @ForagePembrokeshire
Join professional forager Dan and ecologist Max of Forage Pembrokeshire and Hydref Collective for a guided walk exploring the plants and trees of the local landscape.
Along the way, you will learn how to identify a variety of native species, discover their traditional and practical uses, and uncover some of the fascinating folklore and cultural stories that have surrounded them for generations.
Drawing on both ecological knowledge and folk traditions, we will explore the connections between people, plants, and place, considering how these species have shaped local history, livelihoods, and beliefs.
This relaxed and engaging walk offers an opportunity to see familiar trees and plants through fresh eyes, deepening your understanding of the natural world and your connection to it.

Eco-Somatic session : Connecting to Body, Nature & Community with Lina and Laura @Hydref.Collective
This immersive eco- somatic workshops designed to support you in deepening your relationship with yourself, the body, and the living landscapes around you.
Through guided sensory awareness practices, mindful movement, nature connection exercises, and group sharing, we will slow down and attune to the wisdom of both body and place.
Eco (nature) - somatics (body) explores the understanding that our bodies are not separate from nature, but are expressions of it. By cultivating awareness of our physical sensations, emotions, and surroundings, we can foster greater wellbeing, resilience, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
Whether you are seeking rest, reconnection, inspiration, or simply an opportunity to spend meaningful time outdoors, this workshop offers a welcoming space for exploration and community.
No previous experience is necessary. All abilities are welcome.
